Information you send us
When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, website, project type, budget, timeline, and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and work on your project. It is delivered to our inbox by email and stored in our content system so inquiries are not lost.
If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence for the same purpose.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the general region a visit comes from, and the type of device used. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
We have enabled Google signals and user-provided data collection in Google Analytics. This means Google may associate visit data with Google accounts of signed-in users who have allowed it, and may receive a hashed (encrypted) version of contact details entered on the site to improve measurement. We do not send your name or message to Google Analytics.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on any site with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage Google ad personalization in your Google account settings. Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Vercel. Inquiry emails are delivered by Resend. Inquiries and site content are stored in Sanity. Video is streamed by Mux. These providers process data only to run their services for us.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an inquiry.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and project records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@alokdesignstudio.com. We will respond promptly.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
