A sustainable surf park concept with a wave pool, restaurant, and twenty eco-cabins, visualized from blueprint to photoreal aerials so stakeholders could see the destination before a shovel hit the ground.

The Challenge

A destination this ambitious lives or dies on whether investors and partners can picture it. Drawings alone could not carry a wave pool, restaurant, and cabin village as one coherent place.

The Approach

The full site was modeled from dimensioned blueprints, then rendered as a connected environment: aerial establishing views, the restaurant and cabins at golden hour, and interiors that sell the stay.
